Sunflower Microgreens Guacamole
Ingredients
2 avocados
½ lime
¼ red onion, finely chopped
2/3 cups or 5 oz sunflower microgreens, chopped
½ jalapeno (optional)
Instructions
1. Mash avocados.
2. Juice the lime and mix into avocado mash.
3. Mix in red onion, sunflower microgreens, and jalapeno.
4. Eat guacamole with desired dish.
Enjoy!
Kefir Blueberry + Microgreens Smoothie
Helps remove fat from your liver!
Ingredients
1 cup of organic blueberries
1 cup of organic whole fat plain kefir
1 cup of filtered water
2 cups of broccoli microgreens
2-3 tsp of vanilla extract
Use Liquid Stevia drops to sweeten as needed
Instructions
1. Add berries first
2. Add everything else
3. Blend
4. Pour
Enjoy!
These also make great popsicles for the kids too!
It's a great way to get them the nutrition they need, even if they hate greens!
Kefir Blueberry = Microgreens Smoothie
Ingredients
1. frozen banana
½ avocado
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 TBSP vanilla extract
¼ cup smooth peanut butter
3 cups almond milk
1 TBSP nutritional yeast
1 ½ cups frozen microgreens (sunflowers or broccoli are recommended)
Use liquid stevia drops to sweeten as needed
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in blender
2. Pour
Enjoy!
